Returns & Refunds
We want every Labisha order to feel right. If something arrives damaged, isn't authentic, or simply wasn't what you expected, this page explains how to send it back and how refunds work.

Return window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests received after this period cannot be processed.
What can be returned
- Unopened products with intact seals and original packaging.
- Items received damaged, defective, or with significantly altered packaging.
- Wrong items shipped — different shade, size, or product than ordered.
- Products that fail our authenticity check.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once their seal or packaging has been opened:
- Skincare and haircare products (cleansers, serums, creams, masks, oils).
- Makeup that touches the skin (lipsticks, foundations, blushes, mascaras).
- Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
- Free gifts received as part of a promotion.
How to request a return

Email hello@labisha.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and clear photos showing the issue.
