Yes. Every product is sourced through authorised distributors or directly from the brand. We back this with a written authenticity guarantee — if you ever receive an item that's not authentic, we'll refund it in full.
Most orders inside Dhaka arrive in 1–2 working days. Outside Dhaka, expect 3–5 working days; remote upazilas may take up to 7. See our Shipping & Delivery page for full details.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll update or cancel it. Once a parcel is with the courier, we can no longer change the items, but you can refuse delivery and we'll process a refund under our Returns Policy.
Email or WhatsApp us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and clear photos. The Returns & Refunds page walks you through every step.
Yes. We ship products in their original packaging with intact seals. If a parcel arrives without a seal or with damaged packaging, please take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours.

Yes — add a gift wrap at checkout for ৳120. We'll wrap your order in our signature paper and include a handwritten note if you'd like.
